Owned and led by Scott Leonard and Tony Leonard, the HitDogs program has become a nationally respected powerhouse in youth and travel baseball.

With decades of combined coaching experience, the Leonards have built a reputation for producing highly skilled, disciplined athletes who thrive under pressure — both on the diamond and in life. Their approach to training blends tough love, fundamentals, and a college-prep mentality from the youngest age levels. The result? Over 128 players placed into top college programs, multiple national championship wins, and consistently top-ranked teams nationwide.

Each team trains three times per week, with a structured focus on skill development, baseball IQ, physical conditioning, and mental sharpness. Beyond scheduled practices, coaches and players  have 24/7 access to the HitDogs’ private facility — allowing them to get their teams in for extra reps and fine-tuning at any time. The facility includes a fully stocked weight room, multiple pitching and hitting machines, and training resources designed to help players hone their craft year-round.
